Sophia is a registered Psychologist who is experienced in working with adolescents and adults
with a range of complex mental health presentations. With a continuous open dialogue, Sophia
ensures a flexible and collaborative experience in goal-setting as well as therapeutic approach
and pace.
Sophia’s style of practice is imbued with an empathetic sense of curiosity, humour, and
acceptance. At the centre of her practice, she aligns with her values of empathy, compassion, and
honesty, to support you in the exploration of that which may feel too heavy to explore alone.
Through reflection, challenging, and making space, Sophia works with you to learn about yourself
– past, present, and future. Sophia guides individuals in deepening their insight, and achieving the
quality of life they aim for and deserve.
Sophia offers psychology services to adolescents (14 years and above) and adults experiencing a
range of mental health concerns, including specific concerns as well as broader mental wellbeing.
