Key Responsibilities:

Our psychologists all have their own specialities. Some offer assessments, supervision, PD, some only therapy. We are holistic-minded and use a range of therapeutic modalities, from CBT and EMDR to Gestalt and psychodynamic therapy. About You:

– A Master or Doctorate in Clinical Psychology or Psychology
– Registered with AHPRA
– Experience in applying a variety of therapeutic interventions

Brisbane CBD

8 consulting rooms in a heritage building, two client waiting room spaces and a large kitchen/staff area, shower facilities. Just near Central Station and opposite Queens Plaza.

Ashgrove

3 consulting rooms, plus client waiting room, staff kitchen, private outdoor seating area for staff or clients.

1950s cottage with onsite parking. Weekend availability also available at Ashgrove.

Both clinics have fresh greenery and plants, SONOS music stations, aromatherapy diffusers.

Supervision and support

Our clinic not only has a large team of experienced therapists you can learn from during group supervision and informal meetings, you also have access to individual supervision from the clinical lead, Rosien, who has over a decade of experience in the field and is a board-approved supervisor.

We offer resources for a wide range of therapies and assessments, PD events, and extra support with ethical dilemmas.

Our dynamic mental health clinic in Manchester is on the lookout for a warm, organised, and efficient Psychology Receptionist to be the first point of contact for our clients. This pivotal role supports our mission to provide exceptional care by creating a welcoming, supportive, and smoothly running environment. If you have a passion for helping others and a knack for administration, we’d love to hear from you.

Key Responsibilities:

– Greet clients and visitors with a warm welcome, ensuring they feel supported from the moment they enter the clinic.
– Manage appointment schedules for multiple practitioners, including booking, rescheduling, and cancellations.
– Handle incoming calls and emails, providing information and redirecting enquiries as appropriate.
– Maintain client confidentiality and manage sensitive information with discretion.
– Process payments and handle billing inquiries.
– Assist with general administrative tasks to support the clinic’s operations.

– An interest in psychology or mental health.
– Psychology students will be highly regarded.
