Mark is a skilled psychologist who brings a unique blend of professional experience and personal insight to his practice. With a background in both business and psychology, he offers a comprehensive understanding of both the corporate world and mental health challenges.

His practice focuses on assisting individuals dealing with stress, anxiety, trauma, depression, and addiction. Mark’s approach is informed by his diverse education, including Master’s degrees in Psychology and Addictive Behaviours, and his experience in private practice and residential mental health retreats.

Emphasising a personalised and empathetic approach, Mark creates a safe and reflective space for his clients. He utilises an array of therapeutic techniques, tailored to each client’s unique needs, to help them understand themselves better and navigate the path to a more fulfilling life.

Mark’s journey from the software industry to psychology has equipped him with a deep understanding of the stressors in the business world, enhancing his ability to relate to and assist clients from similar backgrounds. His interest in Buddhism, mindfulness, and interpersonal psychologies further enriches his practice, offering clients a holistic and effective path towards personal growth and healing.
