Anthea has a background in psychology with a strong track record of delivery in both clinical and organisational settings. Over the last twenty years, she has worked with several private, not-for-profit and public organisations. As an experienced Psychologist working with individuals in managing personal or organisational change, dealing with psychological and personality issues and enhancing their interpersonal effectiveness. Additionally, working with individuals presenting with a range of mental disorders (e.g., anxiety, trauma-based, mood disorders, health issues).
