Erin is a clinical psychologist who works with adults who are looking to live a more full and authentic life. She holds a compassionate and accepting space for individuals seeking to explore their experiences and commit to more conscious and intentional decision making in their lives.

Erin particularly enjoys working with young adults (18-35) who are navigating life’s transitions (e.g. career, personal, relationships) and exploring identity, boundary-setting and values.

Therapy with Erin is collaborative, strengths-focused and insight-building. Sessions are tailored to the individual’s goals using ACT, CBT and DBT frameworks.
