:Maddi enjoys working with both young people and adults and has a warm and collaborative approach to therapy. She is particularly passionate about supporting young adults in managing mood difficulties and anxiety, and in developing skills to improve mental health and wellbeing. She believes in the importance of creating a supportive, safe and non-judgemental space in assisting clients to achieve their goals.

Maddi provides evidence-based interventions and individually tailored sessions to suit each client’s goals and strengths. Her research into mindfulness-based interventions and her training and interest in neuropsychology also inform her psychological practice.

Maddi provides individual therapeutic intervention for adolescents and adults experiencing:

Edward St Clinic – Maddi is available on Tuesdays 1:00pm – 6:00pm and Wednesdays 9:00am – 11:30am.

Ashgrove Clinic – Maddi is available on Thursdays 3:30pm – 6:00pm and Fridays 7:30am – 2:30pm

Maddi will be taking new clients from March 2021.
