Master of Clinical Psychology
Helen has extensive experience with assisting clients to manage a range of life challenges which can impact mental health in order to live with the greatest ease and sense of fulfilment. With a warm and caring approach, Helen encourages clients to bring compassion to their own needs, enhance self-awareness, and benefit from a range of psychological strategies to help resolve concerns. Helen incorporates principles of Acceptance and Commitment Therapy and Cognitive-Behaviour Therapy, with a particular focus on helping clients to develop greater self-kindness, as they build more resilience to deal with difficulties in their lives.
Helen treats clients with a range of needs including challenges with anxiety, stress, low mood and general life dissatisfaction. Alongside these areas of focus, Helen is highly trained in treating:

Helen is available Mondays 1:00pm – 4:45pm, Wednesdays 9:30am – 4:30pm and Thursday 1:00pm – 4:45pm.
