Masters degree in the science of Psychology

Trained at the highly ranked psychologist program at Linkoping University in Sweden

Can offer therapy in English or Swedish.

Rebecca has a warm, accepting and caring approach at the same time as she works in a structured and focused manner with her clients to reach their treatment goals. She is especially passionate about supporting people in challenging their fears so they can be less limited in life by their anxieties.

Rebecca is trained in EMDR, Cognitive behavioural therapy (CBT), and Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT). She focuses on individual therapies with adults.

  • Anxiety disorders (such as social phobia, specific phobias, panic disorder and GAD)

Rebecca has previously worked as a psychologist in Sweden so is able to offer therapy in English and also Swedish. She has worked clinically in the public sector as a in-house Psychologist at a GP’s office with treatment of a broad range of different diagnosis as well as in specialist Psychiatry clinic and centre for traumatic stress. She has also worked in the private sector in Sweden with supporting staff and leaders, group supervision, and giving lectures about stress management and anxiety treatment.

Rebecca’s available Mondays (Telehealth Only) 11:00am-3:00pm, Tuesdays 9:30am – 4:30pm and Wednesdays 8.00am – 12:30pm.
